• All products are designed and produced by Printed Pots.
• Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor variations in colour, texture, finish, and dimensions may occur.

• Measurements are approximate.

These variations do not constitute a fault under the Australian Consumer Law.

4. Orders

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order at any time, including due to pricing errors, stock availability, or suspected fraud.
• If payment has been taken and an order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

5. Pricing and payment

• Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• We do not store payment card details.
• Prices do not include international customs duties, taxes, or import charges.

6. Shipping

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Australian orders

• Free shipping is provided on all Australian orders.
• All Australian orders include tracked shipping.

International orders

• International shipping is available to selected destinations.
• Shipping costs for international orders are charged to the customer and calculated at checkout.
• Free shipping does not apply to international orders.
• International delivery times are estimates only.

Customs and duties

• International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or overseas courier services.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refunds & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
