Refund and Returns Policy

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
1. Change of mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including:
- incorrect selection
- personal preference
- ordering the wrong size or colour
2. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
You are entitled to a remedy if an item:
- is faulty
- arrives damaged
- is significantly different from its description
Depending on the issue, we may offer:
- a replacement
- a repair
- a refund
3. Reporting an issue
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- supporting photos where applicable

4. International returns
- For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable for international orders.
5. Items not eligible for return
- Damage caused by misuse or improper care
- Normal wear and tear
- Issues resulting from international customs delays
