Refund and Returns Policy

Effective date: 25 January 2026

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1. Change of mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including:

  • incorrect selection
  • personal preference
  • ordering the wrong size or colour

2. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

You are entitled to a remedy if an item:

  • is faulty
  • arrives damaged
  • is significantly different from its description

Depending on the issue, we may offer:

  • a replacement
  • a repair
  • a refund

3. Reporting an issue

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • supporting photos where applicable

4. International returns

  • For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable for international orders.

5. Items not eligible for return

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper care
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Issues resulting from international customs delays
