What are your pots made from?
Our pots are 3D printed using high-quality PLA and PETG materials. These materials are chosen for their durability, finish, and suitability for everyday use.
Are your pots suitable for indoor and outdoor use?
Yes. Our pots are suitable for indoor use and covered outdoor areas.
For outdoor use, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and extreme heat to maximise longevity.
Do the pots have drainage holes?
Most of our pots are designed with a drainage hole. Where applicable, a removable drainage plug may be included. Please check the product description for specific details.
Will the pots look exactly like the photos?
Each pot is individually 3D printed, so minor variations in texture, colour, and finish may occur. This is a normal part of the manufacturing process and adds to the uniqueness of each piece.
What sizes are your pots?
Product dimensions are listed on each product page. All pots are designed to fit comfortably within a 15 cm × 15 cm × 15 cm footprint unless otherwise stated.
Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments via Stripe, including major credit and debit cards. Payment details are processed securely and are not stored on our website.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been processed, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or been shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
At this stage, we focus on direct-to-customer sales. If you’re interested in bulk or wholesale orders, feel free to contact us to discuss options.
Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
- Australia: Yes — we offer free shipping on all Australian orders.
- International: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to selected international destinations. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and delivery times vary by location.
Is shipping tracked?
Yes. All orders are shipped with tracking, both within Australia and internationally (where available). Tracking details are emailed once your order is dispatched.
Which courier do you use?
We select the most suitable courier service based on your location and order size. This may include Australia Post or other reputable courier providers.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary depending on location and courier. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout, but delays outside our control (such as customs processing for international orders) may occur.
Will I need to pay customs duties for international orders?
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their destination country. These charges are not included in our prices.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
We comply with the Australian Consumer Law. Returns are accepted for items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We do not offer returns for change of mind.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll assess the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
Who pays for return shipping?
- If the item is faulty or incorrect, we cover return shipping.
- For international returns due to approved faults, we will advise on the process. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
Care & Use
How do I care for my pot?
- Clean with a soft, damp cloth
- Do not place in a dishwasher
- Avoid harsh chemicals
- Avoid prolonged direct sunlight outdoors
Are the pots waterproof?
Our pots are designed to hold soil and plants. For indoor use, we recommend placing the pot on a saucer or protective surface, especially when watering.

Yes. All our pots are designed and printed in Australia.
Is 3D printing sustainable?
3D printing allows us to produce in small batches with minimal material waste and avoid overproduction. We continuously refine our processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
